National Arboretum Family Session | Washington D.C. | Abegaz Family

A lot of my clients invest in coordinated outfits for portrait sessions, and the Abegaz family did not disappoint with theirs!
The white and denim colors were a beautiful choice and complimented the fall foliage at the National Arboretum very well.
If I’ve photographed you before, you know I’m notorious for saying, “Just one more photo!”
Although this family session was shot in a time crunch, I couldn’t help but stay a little longer.
For the latter part of their session, the Abegaz family wore traditional outfits from Eritrea. They were able to change quickly and with ease, and these photos were absolutely my favorite images from this session.
Although Abem was a little bit grumpy because of her allergies, I was able to capture some gorgeous images of her smiling right at the camera!
Dear Abegaz family,
Your family is so precious! Enjoy this stage of drools and diapers. One day, Abem will be old enough to feed herself and eventually ask for the keys to the car. Squeeze her and hold her tight, and remember the best way to parent is to love her with all your heart. I can’t wait to watch her grow as a person and both of you as parents. XOXO!
